Replaced Terracotta Clay Tiles,Stopped roof leak.

Etan Construction removed cracked Spanish tile.
Upon inspection our tech counted almost 20- 25 cracked tiles. More cracked tiles could be a possibility.
Proposed to replace the tiles with new ones as much as needed. Apply polyglass 500 where needed .
Install new GAF ice shield when needed
Silicon will be used to tie back loose tile and hold them in place. All the debris will be cleaned and placed on the contractors truck.
